A fire door only does its job as a set: the door, the lining, the seals and the hinges all certified, and all fitted to the tolerances they were tested at.
That is where most of them fail an inspection — the right door hung with the wrong gap, or intumescent seals still in the bag. Every set I hang is fitted to what its certificate asks for.
